Gutter & Downspout Cleaning
If needed, we use water to flush the gutters and ensure proper flow.
To do this, we require access to a working exterior water spigot.
Important Note: Any leakage from the water spigot inside the home is not our responsibility. If a spigot has frozen over the winter, leaks may not be visible from the outside.
Free Home Maintenance Advice
While we’re on site, if we notice any other issues around your home, we’re happy to offer free advice on how to address them. This may include:
- Siding or soffit concerns.
- Recommendations for additional downspouts.
- Re‑sloping gutters for proper drainage.
- Window leak issues.
- Garage door opening damage.
- Internal plumbing or drywall concerns.
- Possible causes of water leaks inside or outside the home.

Ranch / 1‑Story Homes
- Minimum charge: $140 for the first 100 linear feet.
- Additional footage is priced per linear foot.
Two‑Story Homes
- Minimum charge: $165 for the first 100 linear feet.
- Additional footage is priced per linear foot.
Additional Charges
Downspout Clogs: If a downspout requires disassembly and reassembly to clear a blockage, an additional fee will apply per occurrence.
Steep Roofs (7/12 pitch or greater): A step roof charge will be added to the base price. This fee is determined on site, depending on accessibility and safety requirements.
